Kenny Medeiros is Principal at DŪCIS Consulting, specializing in Business Strategy and Product/Relationship Management services for organisations working in the Employee Assistance field.
Kenny brings over 19 years of experience in global Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) development and management for multinational employers and insurers as well as the development and implementation of international business growth strategies with a large global EAP.
With a degree in Business Administration and certifications in Project Management and Mental Health Leadership, Kenny is also the Immediate Past-President of the Employee Assistance European Forum (EAEF) promoting the value and importance of Employee Assistance in Europe and around the world.
Although a regular globetrotter, Kenny is primarily based out of Lisbon, Portugal.
